Tug ARES has been technical launched in Sanmar!
The shipyard SANMAR, based in Turkey and leader in tug building, launched the new tug ARES, built for our partner Tripmare, towage operator in the harbor of Trieste.
Ares is a very high specific vessel who can boost a power of more than 5000 BHP with a total board pull of 70 tons. Having a Voith Schneider propulsion, Ares is also equipped with Fi-Fi I, Oil Recovery and Escort class.
The delivery is scheduled in next march, Stay tuned!
